I am registering myself for the above mentioned event and state that accept and acknowledge the rules and regulations of this event according to the description (printed or on the homepage.)
I confirm that I do not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in this competition. I am aware of the health risks and other dangers that could occur in such an event and hold myself responsible for any risks while participating in this event.

At the same time I confirm that I do not have any legal title and claims against the organizer or the organizing committee, the involved associations, all concerned communities or any other persons or bodies, as long as there is no liability insurance claim.

I agree to any medical treatment that may occur.

There is no right of recourse in case of vis major (act of nature beyond control), relocation or complete failure of the event.

There is no refund of the starting fee, except for a denial of the registration by the organizer or when sick. Then to we need receive an original written medical statement in the mail (fax + e-mail will not be accepted) A voucher for the following Glocknerkönig will then be issued to you.

I will thoroughly read the starter information in the starting kit and follow all of the announcements before and during the race and act accordingly.

I am aware that I have to follow the road traffic regulations through the entire event.

The Großglockner High Alpine Road is closed to traffic from the Ferleiten toll-station to the finish at Fuschertörl. There may be cars on the course from the organizing committee. Additionally, bikers heading down the course are to be expected. Therefore right hand lane riding is obligatory!

I will follow instructions of the officials and physicians.

I acknowledge that the gathered data will be ascertained electronically and will be used for circular letters / e-mails and for further invitations, advertisements and may be handed over to sponsor companies.

Only after receiving your registration fee is your registration valid.

Any deletions or appendices on the registration form are not accepted.

The organizer does not take any responsibility for the gear bags content, neither in case of damage nor loss! Do not put any valuables inside your gear bags!

The participation of the Glocknerkönig competition will end for the participants after leaving the finish area at Fuschertörl, respectively voluntary withdraw from the race.
