Race Number Collection & Starter Pack

Your race weekend begins with race number collection! Here, you'll receive all the important documents and materials for your participation in the Glocknerkönig. Of course, there will also be another free starter gift waiting for you! The exact opening hours for race number collection will be announced in due course.

Glocknerkönig Expo – Everything About Cycling

Discover the latest trends, products and innovations from the world of cycling! At our Glocknerkönig Expo, well-known brands and exhibitors will showcase their latest highlights. It's the perfect opportunity to meet fellow cycling enthusiasts, discover new products or pick up any last-minute equipment for the race.

Pasta Party – Fuel Up for the Big Race

Before race day, it's all about getting ready for the challenge ahead. Our local restaurants invite you to the traditional Pasta Party. You'll receive a meal voucher when collecting your race number, which can be redeemed at participating restaurants.

Free Clothing Bag Transport

To make sure your change of clothes is waiting for you at the finish line, we offer a free clothing bag transport service. Simply drop off your packed bag at the designated collection points during the specified times. You can collect it in the finish area by presenting your race number. The exact drop-off times will be announced in due course.

Getting Here & Parking

Designated parking areas outside the centre of Bruck are available for all participants. From there, you can easily reach the starting area by bike in just a few minutes. Further information about travel arrangements and parking facilities will be provided ahead of the race.

The Big Start in the Centre of Bruck

The starting signal sounds at exactly 7:00 AM! Thousands of cyclists set off from the centre of Bruck to conquer the legendary Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Whether you're taking on the Classic or Ultra, the incredible atmosphere at the start and the anticipation of the challenge ahead create unforgettable moments from the very beginning.

Spectator Shuttle – Experience the Action on the Mountain

Friends, family and spectators can also experience the incredible atmosphere at the finish line! Our spectator shuttle bus takes you up the Grossglockner, where you can cheer on the cyclists as they cross the finish line. Information about departure times and ticket sales will be announced in due course.

Kaiserschmarrn at the Finish Line

What could be better than enjoying a delicious regional speciality after a demanding mountain climb? At the finish area near the Fuscher Törl car park, all participants can enjoy free Kaiserschmarrn, a traditional Austrian shredded pancake. A much-loved tradition at the Glocknerkönig!

Massage Tent – Recovery After the Race

After conquering all those metres of elevation, your legs deserve a break! At the massage tent on the village square in Bruck, you can enjoy a relaxing massage after the race and recharge your batteries.

Award Ceremony – Celebrating the Achievements Together

The award ceremony at the music pavilion in Bruck provides the perfect conclusion to the event. Together, we'll celebrate the outstanding performances of the fastest cyclists and round off the race weekend in a fantastic atmosphere.
