Glocknerkönig Classic

The Glocknerkönig Classic, as the name suggests, is the original category and thus THE classic of the Glocknerkönig. Thanks to the Großglockner High Alpine Road, both the Ultra and the Classic routes benefit from a road closure from the Ferleiten toll station for traffic between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM (exceptions: vehicles of the organization, road maintenance, and emergency services).

The starting point of the Glocknerkönig Classic is the picturesque village of Bruck on the Großglockner Road. Participants reach the finish line after 27.3 km and 1,672 vertical meters upon arriving at Fuscher Törl, where a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains makes all the effort worthwhile.
